A fresh opportunity awaits

We are seeking an experienced and outcome driven Financial Controller to oversee our finance operations in Thailand and Myanmar.

This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

As the Financial Controller, you will lead financial governance, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning across the business unit, ensuring alignment with local regulations, international standards, and group policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Financial Governance & Controls
  • Tax & Regulatory Compliance
  • Credit & Risk Management
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ad-Hoc Support.

About You

You are an accomplished finance leader who thrives in complexity and change. With deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, you know how to balance compliance with innovation. You're confident in influencing senior stakeholders and leading high-performing teams through transformation.

In addition, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPD license.
  • Experience in financial accounting, including leadership roles.
  • Background in Multinational FMCG or retail is considered advantageous for this role.
  • Experience engaging with audit or consulting firms such as EY or KPMG will be highly regarded.
  • Strong technical expertise in tax and accounting management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities including government liaison.
