Key Responsibilities
- Prepare company financial statements and analyze financial data presented to management from various departments.
- Maintain records of transactions between affiliated companies and related companies.
- Review supporting details for all financial statements and related reports, such as sales reports, accounts receivable aging analysis reports, etc.
- Prepare quarterly and annual notes to financial statements.
- Calculate corporate income tax and deferred income tax on a monthly basis.
- Calculate the amount of provisions for doubtful debts of receivables.
- Prepare a half-year corporate income tax estimate (Form 51).
- Create new account codes, consider/propose accounting policies.
- Review customer and vendor databases.
- Review and correct customer and vendor databases.
- Review additions, transfers, movements, and sales of assets.
- Review company income and expenses.
- Manage the company's retail cash disbursements.
- Prepare annual estimates (budgets).
- Oversee and control company spending to maximize benefits.
- Ensure the accuracy of production cost and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) reports.
- Verify production cost and COGS statements in the financial statements.
- Prepare cost management reports for presentation to management in accordance with the company's strategic plan.
- Improve the efficiency of inventory counting processes to reduce inventory losses.
- Define KPIs for cost personnel and monitor performance to achieve targets.
- Support and coordinate with internal and external auditors in preparing financial statements, financial statement summaries, and other related reports as needed.
- Be responsible for excise tax activities according to the Excise Department, such as tax filing, tax exemptions, and submitting other necessary reports.
- Support and maintain a positive working environment between the cost department and other departments.
- Prepare reports, closing accounts, etc.
Key Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in cost accounting. Experience in control or management.
- Strong analytical skills in SAP budget analysis, COGS.
- Good knowledge of taxation, TAS, TFRS and financial closing.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
