Key Responsibilities:
- Lead timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management and HQ
- Oversee manufacturing cost control, including raw materials, energy, labor, and overhead
- Monitor capital expenditures vs. budget
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for commodity price volatility and demand changes
- Monitor and analyze COGS, variance analysis, and plant performance metrics (yield, waste, efficiency)
- Drive inventory and working capital management, including stock optimization and obsolescence control
- Partner with operations, procurement, and sales to support pricing, margin improvement, and cost initiatives
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management (FX, commodity, credit risks)
- Lead process improvement and finance transformation, including ERP/system enhancements and reporting automation
Qualifications:
- Experience in Plant Controlling, FP&A, Business Analyst, Commercial Finance, or related finance roles in MNC Company
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial modelling, standard costing, inventory accounting, and management reporting.
- Plant Controlling sTRUCTURE SERTTING UP IS a plus.
- Proven experience in CAPEX planning, investment analysis, and financial business case development.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with the global team
