Financial Controller (Work every other Saturdays)

Responsibilities
- Lead and responsible for daily accounting, settlement, and taxation, to ensure that the overall operations comply with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, taxation standards, as well as Thailand regulations and audit requirements.
- Ensure that the company complies with all local legislation with the timely filing of all tax and other required forms such as DBD, BOI annual reports.
- Prepare Annual Budget, forecasting cost & financial control.
- Perform monthly accounting activities, including preparing monthly journal entries related to the lease accounting system and other necessary adjustments for correct accounting closing.
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements and note to financial statements (Quarterly and year-end).
- Work closely with an external auditor for quarterly reviewed and audited financial statements.
- Validate and verify costing and sent the marketing department for presentation to customers.
- Manage foreign exchange rates and forwarding contracts.
- Manage ad-hoc special projects as required by the business.
- Prepare a rolling plan every 3 months to keep informed of business trends
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent and MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting & Finance in management level position.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing and Export business and BOI.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
- Good communications in English.
- Proactive, assertive, strong analytical skills, creative, eager for success, straightforward, aggressive to success.
