Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and local regulatory standards.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and operational support.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, and revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Lead accounting operations, statutory audits, tax compliance, and maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Manage and develop the finance team while driving credit control, collection efficiency, and overall financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, US GAAP, taxation, and BOI regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
