Job Description
- Craft longrange financial plans that support business expansion and market diversification.
- Provide senior leaders with insight-driven financial guidance for key commercial and operational decisions.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities across regional markets.
- Direct all financial reporting processes and ensure timely, accurate periodend results.
- Produce consolidated financial statements, cashflow analyses, and executivelevel presentations.
- Track performance against budgets and strategic goals, recommending actions to stay on course.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and maintain adherence to GAAP/IFRS and local requirements.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and reduce financial exposure.
- Lead external and internal audit coordination and oversee required filings.
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, production, R&D, and regional teams to enhance financial outcomes.
- Support capital allocation decisions, project evaluations, and investment analysis for global initiatives.
- Champion digital finance enhancements, automation, and system optimization efforts.
- Manage, mentor, and develop finance professionals to build a high-performing team.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; postgraduate studies preferred.
- 8-12+ years experience in financial leadership within multinational, industrial, manufacturing, or automotive sectors.
- Strong command of financial systems, forecasting techniques, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven strategic mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communicator capable of influencing senior executives.
- Proficiency in Thai and English; Mandarin capability considered a plus.
