Position: Financial Director

Location: Phuket, Thailand Contract Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to join our team based in Phuket, Thailand. You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the West Vision group, which includes several companies under the Yona Beach and Hype Boat brands. Your primary role will be to ensure profitability, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage the group effectively. You will work closely with senior management on various local and international projects, as well as on the transformation of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop strategies to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.

Manage relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, and other key partners.

Supervise accounting processes, including internal and external audits.

Prepare clear and accurate financial reports for senior management and investors.

Contribute to strategic decision-making for the company's international expansion.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar role (minimum of 2 years).

In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles.

Strong skills in cash management, tax optimization, and risk management.

Good understanding of financial systems and accounting software.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Thai and French is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
