Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Financial & Investment Analyst (Property) role based in Singapore. The analyst will support the evaluation of healthcare-centric property investments, including market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for potential acquisitions and developments. Daily tasks include analyzing financial statements, preparing investment memos, supporting portfolio performance reviews, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and investors. The role also involves monitoring market trends in APAC real estate, updating internal databases, and collaborating with the investment and development teams to refine investment strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills, with a solid understanding of real estate and fund structures.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities for evaluating property deals and cash flow projections.
- Candidates should possess Portfolio Management and investment monitoring skills to support ongoing asset performance tracking.
- Candidates should have proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools, and be comfortable working with large data sets.
- Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or experience in property or investment analysis are an advantage.
- Knowledge of APAC real estate markets and an interest in healthcare-focused and sustainable developments will be beneficial.
