Finance Manager

Core Mission: Fully responsible for establishing, operating, and managing the financial system of the Thai subsidiary, ensuring financial compliance, providing precise decision support to management, and serving as the key liaison between local and headquarters finance teams.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Work Experience: Over 10 years of comprehensive financial management experience, including at least 2 years as a Finance Manager/Supervisor. Experience in manufacturing, import/export trade, or overseas subsidiaries of Chinese companies is preferred.

Language Skills: Thai nationality with fluent English as a working language. Candidates of Chinese descent or with fluent Chinese communication skills will be given priority.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Thai local tax and financial regulations and international financial reporting standards. Skilled in using SAP (FI/CO/MM modules), OA, and other office/ERP systems.

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Overall Management: Establish and improve financial management systems and internal control mechanisms in compliance with Thai laws and group requirements. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and fund management for the subsidiary.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Provide in-depth business insights and decision recommendations to local management and group headquarters.

Tax & Treasury Management: Responsible for comprehensive tax planning, filing, and maintaining tax relationships to optimize the tax structure. Efficiently manage cash flow, financing, and banking relationships to ensure fund security and operational efficiency.

Team Building & Process Optimization: Manage and develop the local finance team, optimize financial workflows, and lead the localization and process standardization of ERP systems (especially SAP FI/CO modules) to enhance overall financial operational efficiency.

Compliance & External Relations: Ensure all financial activities comply with local Thai laws and regulations as well as group policies. Serve as the primary contact for external audits, tax inspections, and maintain good relationships with banks, government agencies, and other external parties.

Cost Accounting & Control: Optimize cost accounting, monitor costs, review expenses, and improve efficiency while reducing costs.

Internal Control Management: Establish and improve internal control systems to mitigate financial risks, supervise asset inventory, and ensure asset security.

Accounts Receivable Management: Manage customer credit, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely collection.
