You Will

  • Perform various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with monitoring chargebacks and users wallet balances. Review, analyze, and efficiently resolve chargeback disputes and financial leaks with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds.
  • Maintain various daily reports and ledgers.
  • Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience
  • Provide recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.

Requirements

  • Logical thinker - You understand and can identify the key objective of your task, curiosity when things go wrong and have the ability to think in a disciplined manner or base his thoughts on facts and evidence
  • Excellent communicator You have a good command of English and are able to articulate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self disciplined person - You are able to organize all paperwork in both soft files and hard copies properly and have an ability to manage your tasks to get done on your own
  • Fearless self-starter You dare to suggest and implement new initiatives with the aim to improve the process or protocol while keeping it friendly to implement to the team, and do not mind getting your hands dirty in order to get things done in a tight timeline.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical Thinking You have a detailed understanding of numerical and have the ability to synthesize data into financial reports, have a strong awareness of impaction once transactions create and change and are able to interpret figures to drive financial objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - You are able to use MS to edit text documents, create templates, and automate the creation of tables of content. Proficient in Excel enough to run and create functions, pivot tables, formulas and charts
  • Problem-Solving, Communication & Adaptability You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can manage confidential data with discretion. You are an effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and collaborate well within a team while also working independently. You have an open mindset, are willing to learn, and can easily adapt and integrate into the team.
