Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

Role Overview
The Payment Operations Specialist supports day-to-day payment processing, reconciliations, partner onboarding, UAT testing, and operational reporting across both traditional and digital payment rails. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring accuracy, operational readiness, and smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor inbound/outbound transactions, settlements, and operational tasks.
- Perform daily reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and prepare operational reports.
- Support onboarding of new partners, including document collection, operational checks, and internal coordination.
- Participate in UAT and system testing, log issues, retest fixes, and ensure operational readiness before go-live.
- Maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports for monitoring KPIs and highlighting risks.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Compliance, Finance, and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Assist with audit requests, internal reviews, and compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, settlement operations, or related fields.
- Ability to work with operational systems, APIs, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with UAT, production support, or system testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
- Ability to build reports/dashboards (Sheets, BI tools, SQL is a plus).
- Understanding of AML/KYC concepts, transaction monitoring, or financial compliance is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Tools / Technology (Preferred)
SQL, BI dashboards (Looker/Looker Studio), Google Sheets (advanced), Jira, Confluence, basic API knowledge, reconciliation tools.
