Role Summary

The FP&A Supervisor plays a key role in driving data-driven decisions through accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role covers four core areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting
  • Compile key operating and financial statistics for monthly management reporting, including variance analysis.
  • Complete monthly SAP CO (Controlling) closing for each business segment and prepare management accounting reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports or conduct in-depth financial analysis as required.
  • Deliver monthly presentations to management when necessary.
  • Budget Planning & Control
  • Develop the company's annual budget plan, including departmental budgets.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budget plans.
  • Consolidate and evaluate budget requests or adjustment proposals.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the budget and budget-control modules.
  • Forecasting
  • Prepare periodic financial forecasts to support planning and performance management.
  • Analyze historical and current KPI trends to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis & Decision Support
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations for business strategies and key decision-making.
  • Conduct product cost and pricing analysis across the company's product portfolio.
  • Review financial proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and cost reasonableness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 69 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
  • Age between 2831 years old.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently within tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
