Role Summary
The FP&A Supervisor plays a key role in driving data-driven decisions through accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role covers four core areas:
Key Responsibilities
- Management Reporting
- Compile key operating and financial statistics for monthly management reporting, including variance analysis.
- Complete monthly SAP CO (Controlling) closing for each business segment and prepare management accounting reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports or conduct in-depth financial analysis as required.
- Deliver monthly presentations to management when necessary.
- Budget Planning & Control
- Develop the company's annual budget plan, including departmental budgets.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budget plans.
- Consolidate and evaluate budget requests or adjustment proposals.
- Maintain and continuously improve the budget and budget-control modules.
- Forecasting
- Prepare periodic financial forecasts to support planning and performance management.
- Analyze historical and current KPI trends to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Financial Analysis & Decision Support
- Provide analytical support and recommendations for business strategies and key decision-making.
- Conduct product cost and pricing analysis across the company's product portfolio.
- Review financial proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and cost reasonableness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 69 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Age between 2831 years old.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently within tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
