Job Description:
1.Lead and Develop International FP&A Strategy:
- Spearhead the development of FP&A strategies, processes, and tools specifically tailored for international business operations. This includes analyzing foreign exchange impact, country risk analysis, and cross-border performance evaluation.
- Oversee and drive the annual budgeting and short-to-long-term forecasting processes for international business units, collaborating closely with regional and country management.
2.Strategic Performance Analysis of International Business:
- Direct the financial performance analysis against budget, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to international business units, such as sales, profit margins, market share, ROI, and foreign exchange impact.
- Prepare consolidated financial performance reports for international business, segmented by country/region, to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.
3.Evaluate and Support International Strategic Projects:
- Lead the development and review of financial modeling to assess the feasibility and profitability of large-scale international investment projects. This includes new market entry, overseas plant expansion, joint ventures, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in international markets.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning related to foreign exchange fluctuations, political risks, and economic conditions in target countries.
4.Team Management and Development:
- Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team specialized in international business, enhancing their capabilities and expertise.
- Foster cross-cultural collaboration and cultivate a results-driven, innovative organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a leading institution.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or an MBA are highly desirable.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in international financial responsibilities for a multinational corporation or cross-border business.
- In-depth understanding of the financial complexities of international business, including foreign exchange risk management, international accounting standards, and cross-border tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Advanced Excel for financial modeling and cross-country data analysis.
- Proven experience in team management and leading significant projects related to FP&A or international investments.
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, interpret findings, and present actionable insights effectively.
- Excellent financial modeling skills (Advanced Excel is essential).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet challenging deadlines.
