Responsibilities
- Monitor and measure performance against set goals and strategies, as well as evaluate and find ways to improve and address key issues and problems.
- Manage, prepare budgets, monitor, and set policies for budgeting and expenses within the department to support the business plans of the bank's credit product customers.
- Coordinate with various departments in the process of business planning, budgeting, overall marketing strategies for credit products, monitoring pricing alignment with the business plan, and analyzing profit reports.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement.
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or modeling.
- Experienced in banking products such as, credit cards, cash advance cards, and unsecured personal loans is a plus.
