RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Establish and prepare monthly performance reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis P&L by business segment (e.g., lending, deposits, payments) to identify key drivers of profitability and areas for improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare reports on request to support evolving business needs.
Business Partnership & Strategy:
- Lead financial planning and analysis for both new and existing business lines, covering opportunities on both the lending and deposit sides of the business.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial feasibility of strategic moves, such as forming new business lines, entering strategic alliances, evaluating pricing, and launching new products.
- Collaborate with functional heads to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and take a lead role in initiating data-driven business decisions.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Risk Management:
- Lead the annual budgeting, resource planning, and periodic forecasting processes to ensure alignment with the group's strategic direction.
- Prepare and present the company's financial plan and KPIs for group consolidation forecasts, ensuring sufficient funds are secured for operations.
- Partner with company-wide functions on budget control and tracking to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, and coordinate with related departments to develop and implement action plans.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related field
- Experience in financial planning & analysis in banking field for 5 years in Banking and/or Big 4 is a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Can do attitude with ability on the job prioritize
- Computer literate in MS office (especially Excel and Powerpoint), accounting software package (preferable SAP) and interest in learning new technologies
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Positive attitude, responsible, forward thinking, committed to meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work flexibly
