Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Responsibilities :

• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Lead budget planning and monitor budget utilization across departments.
• Track and analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure effective liquidity management.
• Review payment requests and ensure payments are processed in accordance with approved budgets and contracts.
• Review financial terms in contracts to ensure alignment with financial controls and company policies.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of small projects, events, and business proposals, including P&L analysis.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure proper financial processes and compliance.
• Work closely with Business and Operations teams to support financial planning and operational decision-making.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams
