Job Description

Argyll Scott is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function for the international manufacturing textile company. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive business performance through financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision support. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the role will oversee treasury, trade finance, and capital investment analysis while supporting long-term business growth.

Location: Phuket

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Develop financial models and provide strategic insights to support business growth and investment decisions
  • Deliver management reporting, financial analysis, and KPI dashboards to support executive decision-making
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams on pricing, profitability, and margin optimization
  • Drive business performance through cost analysis, scenario planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital management
  • Manage trade finance activities and support international import/export transactions
  • Monitor capital expenditure, investment performance, and business case evaluations
  • Lead and develop the FP&A function while enhancing financial systems, reporting, and planning processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA/CFA/Accounting certification is a strong advantage.
  • 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance, with leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
  • Experience in treasury, cash flow management, trade finance, and capital expenditure analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pricing, profitability, and strategic decision-making
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or an international business environment is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication both verbal and written.
