Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation for brands under the business portfolio.
- Analyze P&L statements and provide actionable insights to the Board.
- Support feasibility studies for branch expansion or closure
- Drive financial improvement projects and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Oversee financial systems integration into a unified platform.
- Act as a financial controller ensuring compliance and governance standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Strong background in finance and accounting with analytical expertise.
- Proven experience in budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP and financial system integration projects.
- IPO preparation experience is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in food or retail sectors.
- Thai speaker with good English proficiency
