Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to strengthen our FP&A and business finance capability.

This role offers a progressive scope:

• Start with costing, inventory & margin oversight
• Transition into full ownership of management reporting & FP&A
• Opportunity to expand into treasury oversight in the future

You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in improving financial visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee costing, inventory and margin accuracy
• Own monthly management P&L and CEO reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions
• Partner with commercial and operations teams
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Coach and supervise junior analyst
• (Future expansion opportunity) Oversee treasury and cash flow visibility

Qualifications:-

• 6-10 years in FP&A / Corporate Finance / Business Finance
• Bachelor's Degree or higher or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or Other related disciplines

Strong experience in:

• Management reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Financial analysis
• Ability to explain business drivers, not just numbers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on, structured, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Experiences in developing Power Bi or automate management reporting, it will be an advantage.
• Prior management experience is not required; however, the candidate should be sufficiently senior and capable of stepping into a Manager role.

✅ FMCG / pharma / trading / multi-entity experience is a plus
