About Lightnet Group:
Asset Net (under Lightnet Group) is seeking a business-minded FP&A Senior Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and performance tracking across our international money transfer and fintech operations. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, shape growth decisions, and support the company's long-term financial success.
What you'll do:
- Lead the full cycle of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple markets and business units
- Build and maintain financial models to analyze profitability, margins, ROI, and breakeven scenarios
- Track and report key KPIs (transaction volumes, revenue, costs per transaction, FX spreads) to improve business visibility and performance
- Prepare monthly dashboards, board decks, and investor updates, providing actionable insights for senior leadership
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital raising, investor relations, and M&A due diligence
- Support pricing strategy, product launches, and commercial decisions with data-driven financial insights
- Contribute to cross-entity financial planning, cash flow management, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury teams on financial modeling for new features, products, and markets
What we're looking for:
- 510 years of proven experience in FP&A or corporate finance within banking, payments, fintech, or financial services
- Deep expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Strong track record in financial modeling, data analytics, and dashboard reporting
- Experience in cross-border or multi-country financial operations is a strong advantage
- Proven exposure to fundraising, board-level reporting, and strategic decision support
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth fintech environment
