The Role: Financial Services Attorney

We are looking for a financial and money services lawyer who has experience in building and launching new digital money services products such as remittances, payments and other Web2 and Web3 enabled financial services.

Responsibilities

• Research and provide advice on financial services regulations relating to money services (payment solutions, remittances, banking, Crypto, CTF, AML, KYC)
• Help product and technology teams in designing solutions that allow us to provide innovative products and solutions.
• File for appropriate licenses and corporate structures as necessary
• Manage risk for the company without compromising on innovation

Requirements

• Commercially orientated lawyer with a personality to support innovation and solve problems that have never been solved before
• Can do attitude and ability to work with technical and product teams
• 4-5 years experience in tech and financial services industry
• Ideal candidate has experience in launching money services products
• Drafting of agreements, terms and conditions and other documents
• Experience in ASEAN and other global markets
• Experience in Web 3, block chain and crypto (desired)
• Qualified lawyer in a reputable jurisdiction (Thailand desired but not required)
• Strong english verbal and written communications skill are mandatory
• On-site position based in our Bangkok Thailand office.
