Job Description

This role exists to strengthen the financial discipline behind the company's growth. You will build and maintain the financial models that underpin strategic decisions, own budget management end-to-end, and act as the analytical bridge between FP&A and the accounting team. You will also help modernize how financial strategy team works by applying AI tools to reporting, modeling, and internal tooling.

What you will do:

  • Establish and prepare monthly performance reporting, conduct analysis and presentations for management.
  • Own budget oversight – lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly budget-vs-actual tracking across departments, flag variances early, and work with budget owners on corrective action.
  • Champion the use of AI within financial strategy team – apply AI tools to automate reporting and modeling, help build and maintain internal dashboards, and proactively identify opportunities to modernize FP&A workflows.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business forecasting, management and board reporting, and strategic initiatives such as new business lines.
  • Liaise closely with the accounting team at the company on financial statement preparations, maintain data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Support the team across ad hoc projects and initiatives as priorities evolve and across new business lines.

What we look for:


  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience – minimum 2 years in FP&A, auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
  • AI fluency (required) – genuine interest in and hands-on use of AI tools, with a demonstrated passion for learning new technologies quickly.
  • Interpersonal skills – strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing both finance and non-finance audiences; a collaborative team player who builds trust across departments.
  • Technical skills – strong analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Technical expertise in TFRS 9 / IFRS 9 is an advantage.
  • Working style – adaptive and proactive with a positive attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
