[Key Responsibilities]
Targeted resource activation and monetization:
1. Activate personal banking/insurance/fintech networks in the core markets of Bangkok and lock in benchmark projects;
The target customers and channels include but are not limited to:
Banks and financial institutions
Thai state-owned and commercial banks: Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikornbank (KBank), Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri), TMBThanachart (TTB);
Islamic Financial and Professional Financial Institutions: Islamic Bank of Thailand, Government Savings Bank, GH Bank;
Insurance and multi finance groups: Thai Life Insurance, Muang Thai Life Assurance, Dhipaya Insurance, Krungthai-AXA Life
2. Previously worked in key account sales/solution sales/channel management positions, with a network of decision-making chains for core banking systems and derivative ecosystems, familiar with the technical procurement logic of top Thai banks;
3. Local top SI/channel provider background: Previously worked as a top system integrator in Thailand, directly holding long-term service contract relationships with bank/insurance/telecommunications customers.
4. Channel Ecological Positioning: Establish an ecological model with Thai channel partners to achieve rapid penetration of blind spots in direct customer coverage
5. Pure sales background: Must have successful experience in packaging non functional technical requirements as independent project budgets
6. Pre sales background of the solution: able to independently complete the logical construction of the customer's fuzzy business pain points, high-order solution architecture, and business value closed loop.
7. Familiar with the regulatory compliance framework of Thai banks: BOT (Bank of Thailand) regulatory guidelines on core system outsourcing, data localization, cloud service access, and anti money laundering systems.
Overcoming complex sales cycles:
1. Lead the sales cycle of cross-cultural and multi-level decision-making chains, accurately respond to differentiated thresholds such as Thai financial institution procurement compliance processes, supplier qualification reviews, and legal contract negotiations;
2. Collaborate with the local delivery team in Bangkok and the China/Asia Pacific Industry Research Center to ensure that the solution achieves the best balance between technological leadership and local adaptability.
Qualifications
Market experience and customer resources:
1. Have experience in major customer sales/channel sales/solution sales in Thailand's fintech, banking IT, insurance technology, or enterprise level solution fields;
2. Verified cooperative relationships with IT general managers/deputy general managers, chief digital officers/transformation officers, and core business line leaders directly holding financial customer resources:
3. Directly lead/deeply participate in local banking software/insurance/telecommunications technology procurement projects in Thailand through personal relationships.
Solution comprehension:
1. The core system of the bank needs to be able to communicate with customer CIOs/architects/technical vice presidents on the same frequency;
2. Familiar with the procurement compliance framework and outsourcing regulatory guidelines of Thai financial institutions.
Language and cultural integration:
1. Thai native level business negotiation skills
2. Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts and business reports with Asia Pacific and global headquarters as a working language;
