Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security operations through the Security Operations Center (SOC) platform; promptly respond to alarms and ensure thorough, closed-loop incident resolution.
- Enforce data center security protocols and maintain a high standard of physical site security.
- Issue, track, review, and close security-related work orders via the SOC system in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage access control procedures to ensure personnel and asset access align with internal security policies.
- Conduct real-time surveillance via SOC display screens to identify and address potential risks.
- Oversee daily operations and task assignments of on-site security personnel and guards.
- Process and manage access permissions for all data center personnel.
- Support the implementation and tracking of key security performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead or assist in the response to security incidents, from initial detection to complete resolution.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of security-related projects and initiatives across departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, EHS, or fire protection, preferably in critical infrastructure environments.
- At least 5 years of total professional experience in security operations or facilities management.
- Strong background in security management, project execution, cross-functional communication, and personnel coordination.
- Solid understanding of data center operations and fundamental network architecture.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and implement security process improvements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin Chinese.
