The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for delivering personalized, safe, and inspiring fitness experiences to guests, ensuring their wellness journey aligns with the Hyatt standards. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional guest service, creating memorable and transformative fitness sessions.

• Certified fitness professional: Recognized certification in fitness training, yoga, Pilates, or related disciplines.
• Experience in luxury hospitality: Prior work in premium hotels, resorts, or wellness centers preferred.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to engage and inspire guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Holistic wellness knowledge: Understanding of nutrition, mindfulness, and integrative wellness practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor: Reflecting the elegance and standards of a luxury environment.
• Multilingual ability: Advantageous for engaging international guests.
• Conduct personalized training sessions: Design and deliver one on one and group fitness programs tailored to guest needs.
• Lead wellness classes: Offer yoga, Pilates, strength training, or functional movement sessions
