Join our Creative Center in Bangkok and take on a key regional role as a Flavorist, supporting our flavor development across Southeast Asiaprimarily in the beverage category, with a focus on the Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian markets.
In this role, you'll work independently to lead projects from concept to delivery, with a local support team in Bangkok. Your main mission will be to develop tailored flavor solutions in line with current regulations and customer briefswhether through creation, adaptation, or matching.
You'll also represent the company at trade shows and occasionally travel to meet clients, supporting projects from initial concept to final delivery.

Role description
- Take the lead in the creation, development, and optimization of flavor solutions, with a strong focus on beverages, as well as confectionery and dairy, tailored to the needs of the Southeast Asian market.
- Act as a key support to the sales team, working closely with R&D, marketing, and commercial functions to respond to customer briefs with proactive, targeted flavor solutions. Regular travel across the region (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia) is expected to meet clients, present innovations, and co-develop projects on site.
- Contribute directly to the local production setup, ensuring that flavor formulations are both creative and feasible for industrial scale-up, in line with technical, regulatory, and client-specific requirements (allergens, Halal, Kosher).
- Select and evaluate raw materials, conduct sensory assessments, and ensure compliance throughout the development processfrom lab trials to final product delivery.
- Maintain a proactive outlook on market and technology trends, through trade shows, publications, and supplier exchanges, and help shape a competitive, evolving regional flavor portfolio.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and best practices across markets, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the long-term flavor strategy from our Bangkok-based Creative Center.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a flavorist with deep technical knowledge and market insight
- Experience in tobacco flavoring would be a plus
- Master's degree in chemistry or food technology
- Fluent in English, French would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, dynamic and organized
- Open-minded attitude, proactive and takes initiative
