Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in corporate sectors, VIP clients, five-star hotels, premium events, and government agencies.
- Plan and present suitable luxury chauffeur service packages tailored to each client's requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare quotations and finalize rental contracts in accordance with company policies.
2. Key Account Management
- Maintain existing clients to ensure they receive premium standard service.
- Coordinate with Operations and Fleet teams to allocate vehicles and chauffeurs according to customer requirements.
- Monitor service performance and proactively resolve customer issues.
- Build long-term relationships and secure contract renewals or expansions.
3. Market & Product Knowledge
- Study the luxury car rental market, including pricing, competitors, service trends, and customer expectations.
- Provide professional recommendations on car models that fit client image and requirements.
- Continuously update product knowledge related to premium vehicles and chauffeur services.
4. Coordination & Operational Support
- Collaborate with the Operations team to manage vehicle and chauffeur scheduling.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounting department regarding billing and payment processes.
5. Reporting
- Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales activity summaries.
- Report urgent customer incidents or issues that may impact service quality.
6. Other Assignments
- Manage tasks or special projects assigned by supervisors or management that support business operations and contribute to company success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 35 years of sales experience (experience in car rental, hospitality, luxury services, or corporate services is an advantage).
- Strong personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and professional communication with corporate clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work beyond regular hours to support urgent customer needs (e.g., events or VIP bookings).
