What You Will Do
Selected candidates will join an extensive development program that includes:
- Hands-on training in day-to-day manufacturing operations and shift management
- Rotational assignments across functions to build a well-rounded operations foundation
- One-on-one coaching and mentoring by senior supervisors and plant management
- Active participation in process improvement and problem-solving projects
- Leading small teams and supporting shift operations under supervision
Specific duties will be discussed and aligned during the selection process
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Chemical, or related field)
- Min. 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- Available for full-time employment
- Comfortable with shift rotation in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work in both Rayong and Nong Khae, Saraburi
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate others
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Contribution-motivated mindset — driven to make things better
- Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken)
