Job Summary
- Compile variance reports, weekly management reports and any other reports deemed necessary.
- Managing the F&B operations to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guestservicequality standards
- Play a significant role in achieving departmental revenue and profit goals.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
- Control and analyze, on an on-going basis, the following: Sales / Costs / Quality and presentation of food and beverage products / Servicestandard / Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment / Guest Satisfaction.
- Assist Manager in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material and equipment.
- Direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of the outlet in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards.
- Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service with the use of minimum man-hours.
- Maintain and instruct assigned personnel as tosafety policiesand procedures and follow up to ensure hazards are eliminated.
- Act immediately on all guestcomplaintsto ensure that corrections are made when as soon as possible.
