Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Ensure all Food & Beverage outlets consistently deliver exceptional luxury service in accordance with Anantara brand standards.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests and promptly resolving concerns.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience and exceed guest expectations.

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor outlet appearance, cleanliness, equipment, and service readiness.

Financial Performance

  • Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage departmental budgets, payroll, cost control, and productivity.
  • Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Analyse financial reports and implement improvement plans where required.

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Food & Beverage team to achieve high performance.
  • Develop succession plans and identify talent within the department.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular team briefings.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive outlet promotions and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximise restaurant and event business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance competitiveness.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels policies, HACCP, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and internal/external audits.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage operations comply with company SOPs and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Food & Beverage management within an international luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage management, HACCP, and food safety.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
