Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pattaya. As a Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of food and beverage services, including coordinating with staff, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining inventory. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences and assist in planning and executing special events. Additionally, you will monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations, including inventory management and quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for planning and executing events and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with team members and interact with guests.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining compliance standards.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role is preferable.
• Proficiency in relevant software programs and systems would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
