Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring service standards align with a luxury guest experience
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve profitability
- Lead, coach, and inspire the F&B team to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong quality control across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and create innovative dining concepts
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 58 years of F&B leadership experience within upscale or luxury hotels
- Strong financial acumen with proven success in driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
