PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure optimal performance, cost control, and profitability.
- Manage restaurant and bar operations while developing and implementing new F&B trends and innovative lifestyle hotel products.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and develop menus that meet market demands and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute outlet promotions in coordination with the Marketing team and outlet managers.
- Manage food, beverage, and wine programs with precise costing, quality control, and stock management.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L analysis to drive business growth.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Promote energy and water conservation initiatives without affecting guest comfort.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and guests.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to develop and retain a high-performing team.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education of bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4-5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacity
- Good knowledge in the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
- Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
