Position: Cluster F&B Operations Manager (QSR and Restaurant Operations)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Role purpose
The Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations across multiple food and beverage outlets. The role ensures consistent operational standards, strong execution, and effective people management across all locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining service quality, operational discipline, and profitability while supporting the company's growth.
Key objectives
- Ensure consistent operating standards across all outlets
- Establish and enforce clear and practical SOPs
- Develop capable outlet managers and supervisory teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements
- Control operating costs and minimize waste
- Deliver a reliable and positive customer experience
- Support new outlet openings and business expansion
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all assigned outlets
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures
- Ensure outlet managers and supervisors are properly trained and accountable
- Monitor service quality, food consistency, and operational performance
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Review operational costs including food cost, labour efficiency, and waste
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage escalated customer issues and ensure preventative solutions are in place
- Coordinate the rollout of promotions, menu updates, and operational initiatives
- Support operational planning and execution for new outlet openings

- Outlets operate consistently without reliance on constant senior management oversight
- Operational standards are followed and maintained across all locations
- Outlet managers demonstrate ownership and accountability
- Food quality and service consistency meet company expectations
- Customer complaints are controlled and resolved effectively
- Cost controls and operational discipline are sustained
Required experience and capabilities
- Proven experience in multi outlet QSR or high volume restaurant operations
- Strong background in operational management and SOP implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage operational teams
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
- Clear communication skills in a professional environment
Working requirements
- Regular site visits across assigned outlets
- Availability during peak operating periods including evenings and weekends
- Hands on leadership approach
