Our client is a rapidly expanding, trend-setting beverage brand known for its innovative approach to traditional tea culture and premium ingredients. As they enter a significant phase of scaling, we are seeking a dynamic F&B Operations Manager to oversee their growing portfolio of outlets. This role is perfect for a leader who balances a hands-on approach with high-level strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all branches to ensure consistency in product quality, service standards, and hygiene (HACCP/GHP).
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that allow for seamless brand expansion and new store openings.
- Take full ownership of the bottom line. Monitor COGS, labor costs, and wastage to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Area Managers and Store Managers. Build a culture of excellence and high retention.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure high-quality ingredient sourcing and efficient inventory turnover.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously refine the in-store experience and service speed.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 58 years of experience in F&B Operations Management, specifically within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Cafs, or Specialty Beverage chains.
- Experience managing multiple outlets (at least 10+) and a history of successful new store launches.
- Strong competency in financial reporting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent command of Thai and English. (Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given the nature of the product's heritage).
- A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
