1. Position Information
Position: Sales Head, Shineroad Thailand
Report to: General Manager, Overseas Business Division
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
2. Key Responsibilities
a. Lead overall sales and marketing operations in Thailand to achieve annual targets and budgets;
b. Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing policies, and customer acquisition plans for the Thai market;
c. Build and manage the sales team, including performance evaluation and incentive programs;
d. Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the food ingredient industry, especially in starch, modified starch, and stabilizer applications;
e. Analyze market trends, plan key product lines, and lead promotional campaigns;
f. Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and customer risk assessments to the group.
3. Qualifications
a. Minimum 15 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients in Thailand;
b. Familiar with the Thai starch industry, with experience in potato starch or modified starch products (KMC, Emsland preferred);
c. Proven record of managing over USD 5 million in annual sales, with strong budgeting and strategy execution capabilities;
d. Strong skills in product planning, marketing promotion, and customer management;
e. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities;
f. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or related fields;
g. Fluent in English and Thai (Chinese language ability is a plus).
4. Compensation & Incentives
Competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission, and performance bonus. Details to be discussed individually.
