Overview
Based Location : Rojana Plant (Ayutthaya)
Lead the site Food Safety program development and to ensure all the PepsiCoCo products arrive safely and consistently to consumers. Develop, support & ensure consistent implementation of AIBI processes, projects & tools to meet the AIBI standards & enable organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Execute food safety strategies and plans in alignment with both Business unit Strategic Plan and the PepsiCoCoCo Food Safety Policies.
- Ensure GMP/ IPM/ HACCP/ Food Defense/ Product and Raw Material Traceability requirements are in place, well communicated and effective in manufacturing site.
- Ensure the plant crisis management plan is current and effective; ensure crisis management plan is in place in manufacturing site.
- Ensure food safety requirements are fully understood throughout the manufacturing sites.
- Provide training of all pertinent food safety requirements and best practices to the whole plant staff.
- Lead the troubleshooting of all food safety related issues and take effective corrective actions aimed at the analyzed root causes
- Lead the self-inspection covering the whole plant and follow up with the corrective actions based on the findings
- Lead the traceability exercise covering both ingredients and finish products at least 2 times a year, issue the exercise report and follow up with the corrective actions.
- Lead the food safety system building according to the requirements of ISO 22000
- Ensure the food safety system is current and updated through regular reviewing.
- Continually assess and identify systematic issues found in Food Safety audits and ensure improvement actions are developed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree level or equivalent in Food Science or related science subject
- At least 3 years Foods Manufacturing Experience
- Proficient with Computer Usage
- Effective people management and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptable to multicultural exposure
- Problem solving/ action planning facilitation skills
- Experience in AIB program.
- Experience as project leader of ISO22000, FSSC22000, and other Food System.
- Experience as lead auditor in Supplier Audit.
- Fluent Communication in Thai and English
