Key Responsibility:
- Responsible to achieve sales target given and KPI's in term of distributor management and project assignment in related to business development and responsible for trade marketing management, RTM price & promotion, activation and visibility
- Ensure Distributor sales execution efficiency to meet ABF expectations by ensuing distribution, availability, visibility and trade activity in RTM.
- Lead monthly performance review with Distributor team and internal , able to measure Distributor sales performance and able define business issues and opportunities to grow ABF business in RTM.
- Work with Distributor to provide monthly forecast and demand plan to supply chain
- Work with marketing team to train the product knowledge to Distributor sales team, and tailor activation.
- Develop business plan to drive business opportunity together with action plan which is in line with company strategy/ direction
- Ensure new product launch execution through Distributor to desire KPIs and provide recommendation on support program to drive sales performance
- Be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, CS etc.) and external stakeholders (DKSH team) to address key business issues and opportunities.
- Support on food service customer and build up strong Ovaltine brand in RTM

Person Profile/ Experience/ Skills/ Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, ages 28 - 35 years old
- Experience in managing customers in food service channel and trade management at least 3 years, experience in managing Distributor is preferred
- Experience in Sales and trade management
- Able to manage customers with different business profiles i.e. QSR, Caf & Restaurants or factory
- Fast learner with commercial mind set.
- Candidate must have entrepreneurship and able to work under pressure.
- Mobility, Flexibility in working station.
- Own car
