Forex Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for Thai market. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background in Forex broker industry especially in Thailand market, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing Forex broker brand promotion activities to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Possess data analysis skills and be able to optimize promotion strategies based on data to improve ROI.

Understand market trends in the Forex broker industry and be able to develop innovative marketing plans.

Possess professional PowerPoint presentation skills and be able to clearly express marketing ideas and plans.

Be able to write high-quality marketing copy to enhance brand influence.

Familiar with industrial competitors's info such as ongoing products, promotions, strategies, etc.

Leading a Mkt team to manage & creat content for all marketing related behaviors such as branding, social media accounts, media buy, building connections with local KOLs and influencers.

Online promotion strategies and offline events organization & execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years experience in Forex broker marketing in Thailand market.

Solid experience in Forex broker promotion activities, with successful case studies preferred.

Clear logical thinking and strong execution skills, able to independently plan and implement marketing activities.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau, with a data-driven marketing mindset.

Excellent communication and teamleading skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good English/Mandarin skills & native Thai speaker.
