About Our Client
Our client, a fastgrowing consumer brand in the FMCG industry, is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decision support.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
- Provide strategic insights to support growth, market expansion, and operational decisionmaking.
- Analyze cashflow, budgets, and targets; support audits and project reviews.
- Oversee stock calculations, inventory checks, and coordination with warehouse and suppliers.
- Drive improvements across finance, accounting, inventory, procurement, and internal systems.
- Lead ERP implementation and process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Director should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance
- CPA with a Big 4 background is preferred.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or fastgrowth environments.
- Due diligence experience is a plus.
- Thai speaker and communicable English
