Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Planning & Portfolio Management
- Lead volume planning and trade spending across all Business Units.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for volume and trade spend.
- Drive portfolio strategy
- Financial Analysis & Commercial Finance
- Evaluate profitability, ROI, and business performance.
- Run FP&A scenarios for decision-making.
- Forecasting and sales controlling in collaboration with Sales teams.
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Support NPD launches and assess financial impact
- Business Partnering
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize trade spend and profitability.
- Act as a commercial finance partner to drive strategic decisions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- FMCG background prederred, open to E-commerce dynamic environment.
- Strong financial planning, and scenario analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel modeling capability.
- Ability to manage independently, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- Resilient, hardworking, and adaptable to change.
- Thai Speaker with good English proficiency
