What You'll Be Doing
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis activities.
- Prepare financial projections and analyse business performance trends to support decision-making.
- Manage the annual review of service pricing and fee revisions, including analysis and submission of supporting documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new services, initiatives, and business proposals through financial assessments.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of finance and costing systems, including cost modelling for operational services.
- Review billing-related cases, validate financial data, and support system testing to ensure process accuracy.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance and billing system enhancements.
- Perform financial simulations, scenario analysis, and other ad hoc projects to support business and policy initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, or commercial finance.
- Experience in the healthcare or public sector will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with financial systems, large datasets, and process improvement initiatives.
