FP&A Manager

About the role - you will:

• Manage and preparation of budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecast, etc.
• Review and analyze product cost report

• Prepare package and present financial to management team
• Work closely and provide advice to business owner to help them for the better business decision.
• Manage and lead the team to complete all the tasks related to FP&A function
• Applies principles of accounting to monitor and analyze financial and prepare specialist reports
• Validate ROI for company's project
• Lead and focus on people development

About you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 8 years experience in Accounting or Finance field.
• Financial Planning is preferred.
• Excellent in leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Able to work under pressure

Your experience includes:

• Knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Power Point)
• Analytical tool (Tableau, etc.) is preferred
• Oracle or SAP is preferred

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 12,000 employees.
