Job Description
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to evaluate operational efficiency and key cost drivers.
- Deliver financial analysis and business recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
- Assess new projects through financial feasibility studies, investment evaluation, and risk analysis.
- Review and track capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected returns.
- Identify financial risks and business opportunities while recommending process enhancements.
- Support and lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with regional finance teams and key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.
- Coach and develop junior team members in financial analysis and business partnering capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful FP&A Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
- Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience evaluating capital expenditure projects and investment returns is an advantage.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and regions.
What's On Offer
- Annual salary ranging from THB 1,296,000 to THB 1,800,000.
- Fixed gas allowance of THB 8,000.
- Variable bonus included.
