Franchise Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for providing telephone consulting services to overseas customers, offering project information consulting, inviting customers to participate in project consulting communications, collecting customer intention consulting materials, receiving customers and providing project-related consulting support, assisting customers in completing the contract signing process, and maintaining customer relations.

2.Assist in providing investment promotion-related consulting services and complete tasks and indicators assigned by the company.

3.Familiar with overseas investment promotion systems and the company's investment promotion business; complete a fixed number of customer consulting calls per day, be responsible for customer reception, investment promotion system explanation, and investment promotion consulting services.

4.Responsible for following up with intended customers, providing communication and negotiation support, assisting customers in completing project signing, implementation, and related fee confirmation processes.

5.Complete training tasks assigned by the headquarters, assist in collecting data on competitors policies and market conditions, and provide negotiation support for potential customers.

6.Timely handle customer inquiries and feedback, maintain good customer relations, and respond to customer questions promptly.

7.Complete the required daily updates of content on customers WeChat Moments and WeChat, and process related procedural work.

8.Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
