Job Summary:

This role is responsible for conducting daily analyses to identify potential fraud risks and managing the endtoend fraud protocol to minimize fraudrelated costs. It involves preparing and delivering key fraud metrics to support both clients and suppliers. The position also requires proactively identifying emerging risks and recommending appropriate security measures to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily fraud risk analysis to identify suspicious activities, patterns, or anomalies that may indicate potential fraud.
  • Detect fraud by analyzing potential fraudulent bookings, VCC payments and CC payments.
  • Detect fraud by analyzing fake clients, hotels and hoteliers committing illegitimate activities.
  • Reduce the Fraud cost by Managing the E2E fraud protocol with all the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update Client s payment performance by compiling and handling daily reports & account reviews.
  • Optimize chargeback process by Analyzing, preparing and handling daily disputes.
  • Improve fraud visibility and awareness by reporting key figures
  • Check and solve litigation cases from clients with any requirement regarding incidences on invoicing.
  • Solve incidences on the reconciliation of the accounts.
  • Access in the Atlas system and manage bookings amending them according to the procedures stablished in the Department.
  • Provide information and support to Front office Global Credit & Collections Department.
  • Access in the SAP system to consult the accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient command of both spoken and written English
  • Knowledgeable about online payments and fraud
  • Strong Excel skills, in PivotTables, conditional formatting rules, and formulas
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Appreciation of risk management
  • Good communication and decision making skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holiday (a few times a month)
