Freelance Accountant for a Small Tech Company (Bangkok-based)

Role: Freelance Accountant (Bangkok-based)

This is a freelance role, not full-time employment. You'll handle the core accounting and compliance tasks for a small company. We need someone who knows the Thai system well and can manage filings without delays.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Thai corporate compliance
• Knowledge of PND1, PND3, PND53, PP30
• Familiar with Social Security filings
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Can prepare all documents needed for the annual audit
• Can coordinate directly with a CPA-licensed auditor (ผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต)

Audit requirement:

You're either a CPA yourself or you already work with a CPA who can sign the annual audited financial statements for DBD and RD.

Scope of Work:

• Monthly bookkeeping and government filings
• Preparing the annual financial package
• Coordinating with the auditor for the audit
• Advising on structural or compliance changes
• Providing clear and transparent fee breakdowns

Nice to Have

• Experience with foreign-owned companies
• Understanding of Non-B / Work Permit compliance
• Experience supporting companies preparing for BOI applications
