As a Dubbing Script Translator, your mission is to translate and craft flawless translations to be used as script for the voice talents. You'll be responsible for:
- Translation Mastery: Create localized Thai dubbing script from English, translating and reviewing translations with precision.
- Editing Excellence: Polishing translated script to perfection.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring translation meets customer and company standards.
Task Summary:
- Create localized Thai dubbing script from English.
- Modification (Adding and/or truncating words) of dialogues to match the rough length of the English original voice.
- Transcription of all the missing dialogues or sounds (by human).
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (grammar, vocabulary, language register).
- Native level in Thai (grammar and natural use of vocabulary/language register).
- Cultural knowledge to translate from English to Thai naturally and accurately.
- Previous experience in translation is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
- Attentive to detail and linguistic nuances.
Conditions:
- This is a freelance position with no limitation as to the location.
- However, applicant must have access to a stable internet connection (required to work on a cloud-based environment).
- Payment is made via PayPal or Payoneer within 30 days of receiving the original invoice (non-negotiable).
