We are currently seeking aFreelance Expert in Thailand BOI Applications.

Our company is in the process of incorporating a new manufacturing subsidiary in Thailand and preparing to submit an application to theThailand Board of Investment (BOI). We require an experienced consultant who has successfully handled end-to-end BOI approvals, particularly for manufacturing and export-oriented projects.

Scope of Work:

• Advising on optimal BOI activity category selection
• Structuring the project to maximize incentives (tax exemption, duty benefits, etc.)
• Preparing and filing the full BOI application
• Liaising with BOI officials until approval
• Assisting with post-approval compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful BOI approvals
• Strong understanding of Thai investment regulations
• Experience in manufacturing, wood, paper, packaging, or industrial sectors preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines

Compensation:

Commission-based engagement Upto THB 400,000 (4 Lac Thai Baht)upon successful approval.
