Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance HR Recruiter fluent in both Chinese and English, based in Seoul or Vietnam. The HR Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles. Key tasks include developing a recruitment strategy, posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews
- Proficiency in managing job postings on online platforms and social media recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies and onboarding processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Previous experience in hiring for roles across various sectors is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
